One of the louder characters in the office, Mark is our go-to person for bringing your experience to life and doing it with a smile. Over the last 15 years Mark has built a reputation for taking on challenging/peculiar projects and enjoying every second of it.

Tash is a cultural magpie, embracing everything from trainer drops, Bongo’s Bingo to crypto fine art, so she’s well positioned to head up our creative dept, inspiring and crafting ideas from the collective brains within the agency.

Sonny joins the dots between our clients, agency team and industry partners, leading experiential and event projects for many of our clients.

Outside of work, two young children keep him busy, though his nosiness means there is rarely a trend or campaign in the Creative Industry he doesn’t know about!

Over the past 20 years, Ian has developed an ambidextrous approach to creative work, spanning old school print and immersive digital experiences.

He’s a lover of crafting design and coffee, and happy to go the extra mile, especially when it’s on a bike.

Raised in South Africa, with 18 years’ experience in the UK media industry, Robyn has a passion for finance. She brings warmth and personality to the role and enjoys supporting the team and making the numbers work. She also makes a great cup of tea.

Having spent many years changing people's behaviour via sales and marketing but not really knowing how it worked, behavioural science seemed like the obvious area for someone as interested in people as Stephen. As it turns out working on everything from helping with obesity to selling more in a supermarket is much easier than getting someone else to make you a cup of tea for free while you sit on the sofa.

15 years as a sales professional and significantly longer as a suffering fan of Queens Park Rangers.. Responsible for welcoming clients into the We Are Collider family and heading up the sales department.

Almost 30 years' experience in the industry and the grey hair to prove it! Anton has worked across all channels and sectors to deliver campaigns for some of the worlds’ best known brands. As CEO, Anton sets the strategy for the agency and ensures the work consistently meets expectations. Anton is a keen distance runner where endurance is the key, which has turned out to be a necessary quality in the agency world too!

A lover of process and musical theatre in equal measure, Tracy whips agency operations into shape through the medium of song (and with the benefit of 25 years’ agency experience).
